Major Duties
- Lead change management across the CAPPS program
- Measure change readiness and long-term sustainability
- Support system, business process, and role-based training using a train-the-trainer model
- Provide support in identifying department policies and procedures that require modification.
- Demonstrate and excel in communicating and working with a diverse team, using collaboration tools competently in a remote work environment.
- Bachelors Degree
- 8 years of experience in an organizational change management role
- 4 years of experience in an organization change management lead role supporting IT modernization projects involving financial and human resources systems
- Experience supporting system, business process, and role-based training using a train-the-trainer model
- Government experience at the state or federal level required
- Texas CAPPS project Implementation experience required
- Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- In-depth knowledge of training, communications, stakeholder buy-in, and behavioral change
- Ability to manage organizational change activities; establish goals and objectives; analyze change management information and develop plans to address identified issues; identify change management risks and gaps; manage multiple work streams; and communicate and train effectively
- W2 Contract
- Rate: $100/hour
- Contract Length: 1 month with opportunity for extension
- Hybrid in Huntsville, Tx
