The Team You Will Be Joining

- Updating customer demographics and account information.
- Processing payments by phone, and help answer any questions/concerns.
- Assisting with online username and password resets.
- Scanning, indexing, and saving documents into an electronic imaging system.
- Providing general clerical and administrative support to the call center team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous call center or customer service experience
- Experience with payment processing and account assistance
- Proficiency with computers and navigating multiple software systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle scanning, documentation, and electronic filing of records
- Prior experience in a state agency or higher education customer service environment
- Familiarity with data access and cybersecurity protocols
- Experience with document imaging systems
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Rate: $31.00/hr.
- Length of Engagement: ~ Six (6) month contract assignment; potential for extension/full-time placement
- Days/Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm; 40/hrs/week)
- Location: Austin, TX 78752 (Onsite)
