Peak Performance Sport & Spine is a growing, multidisciplinary healthcare clinic located in Lancaster, Ohio. We're currently seeking a Chiropractic Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
As a Chiropractic Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work directly under the supervision of the chiropractic physician to provide patient care support during rehabilitation sessions and assist in the application of various therapeutic modalities. You’ll help motivate, guide, and track patient progress through their care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with corrective exercises and stretching protocols
- Apply therapeutic modalities including:
– Massage gun
– Electrical stimulation (e-stim)
– Spinal decompression
– Ultrasound therapy
- Prepare treatment areas and ensure proper sanitation between patients
- Document treatments and communicate with the provider regarding patient progress
- Educate patients on home care strategies and exercise compliance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient rehab area
- Help ensure smooth patient flow and assist with other clinical support tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Chiropractic or Physical Therapy office
- Background or education in one or more of the following:
– Exercise Science / Exercise Physiology
– Athletic Training
– Fitness Management
– Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
– Kinesiology
– Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
- CPR/BLS Certification is a plus but not necessary
- Willingness to obtain on-the-job training and continuing education in rehabilitation protocols
