What You’ll Do
- Plan and manage Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) schedules across multiple clinics, including shift assignments and time-off requests.
- Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training new PCCs on policies, procedures, and clinic systems.
- Provide ongoing training and updates to ensure alignment with workflow changes and administrative standards.
- Collaborate with the Administrative Manager to uphold strong internal controls and efficient administrative processes.
- Build supportive relationships with patients, families, and medical providers to ensure smooth communication and care coordination.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and help implement positive changes across the clinic network.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two or more years of experience in a healthcare setting (strongly encouraged).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
- Extended periods of seated office work.
- Regular computer and phone usage.
- Clear vision, adequate hearing, and accurate typing abilities.
- Occasional lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds.
- Basic mobility around the office with some standing as needed.
- Repetitive typing for extended periods.
