Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist position located in Lansing, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating personalized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality physical therapy services. Additional responsibilities include working closely with patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals, providing patient education to promote overall health and well-being, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each individual.
Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in Outpatient Physical Therapy.
- Knowledge of general Medicine principles relevant to physical therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with patients and team members
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan
- Ability to develop and implement customized care plans for diverse patient needs
- Commitment to continuous education and professional development
- Experience in a similar role or setting is preferred
