  • Represent the CEO and organization professionally in interactions with employees, clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

Project & Initiative Coordination

  • Coordinate special projects and organizational initiatives from planning through completion.
  • Develop timelines, organize information, coordinate stakeholders, and track deliverables.

  • Coordinate travel, expenses, events, and other logistics as needed.
  • Support both immediate priorities and longer-term planning.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion.

You anticipate needs and recognize potential issues early. You follow through on commitments and communicate clearly when priorities change. You are comfortable interacting with executives, employees, clients, and outside partners and understand the importance of professionalism and discretion.

Most importantly, you take ownership. When something needs to be accomplished, you determine the appropriate next steps, engage the right people, ask thoughtful questions when needed, and help move the work forward.

Why This Role Matters

A strong Executive Assistant does much more than manage a calendar. They increase executive and organizational effectiveness.
