Join a team that puts people first and helps you rise

At Peak Performance Physical Therapy, your work matters to your patients, your team, and your future. We’re committed to helping you reach your highest potential through mentorship, collaboration, and a culture built on compassion and excellence.

Who We are

A People-First Culture

Our story began with a simple belief: when people feel supported, they thrive. As part of a family of clinics dedicated to professional growth, clinical excellence, and real human connection, we foster an environment where you’re valued, encouraged, and empowered to do meaningful work daily.

Our Purpose

Empowering lives through evidence-informed care

Our mission is to help people move freely, feel better, and live fully. Every member of our team contributes to breaking down barriers to care through prevention, education, and long-term recovery strategies. If you’re passionate about making a real difference, you’ll feel at home here.

Work Environment & Who Thrives Here

This isn't a management position. It's a leadership position.

The Opportunity: Top performers in this role can expect a total compensation package valued around $150,000 including salary, performance incentives, and benefits. We invest heavily in leaders who build great teams, deliver outstanding patient outcomes, and drive clinic performance.

We're looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to build something—not just maintain it.

As a Clinic Director, you'll have the autonomy to lead a high-performing clinic, develop exceptional clinicians, improve patient outcomes, and directly influence the growth of the business. If you're energized by solving problems, coaching people, and owning results, you'll thrive here.

You won't spend your days buried in paperwork or putting out fires. You'll build systems that prevent fires, develop leaders who solve problems, and create a clinic patients rave about and employees are proud to be part of.

The Right Person

  • Thinks like an owner, not an employee.
  • Holds themselves and others to a high standard.
  • Makes decisions with confidence and accountability.
  • Loves coaching people and celebrating their success.
  • Uses data to improve performance rather than relying on opinions.
  • Embraces feedback because growth is part of the job.
  • Wants to build a clinic that performs at the highest level.

This role typically includes two days of patient care each week, allowing you to stay clinically sharp while dedicating the majority of your time to leading people, improving operations, growing referrals, and driving business performance.

If you're looking for a position where you simply treat patients and go home, this isn't it.

If you want to build a great team, grow a successful business, and make a meaningful impact on your patients, employees, and community, we'd like to meet you.

What Success Looks Like

Your success will be measured by the results you create, including:

Build High-Performing Teams

  • Recruit, coach, and develop exceptional clinicians and support staff.
  • Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular coaching conversations, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Ensure every team member understands expectations and has the tools to succeed.

Drive Clinic Performance

  • Own clinic performance across patient experience, operational efficiency, quality outcomes, and financial results.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and take action before problems become trends.
  • Improve productivity while maintaining an outstanding patient experience.
  • Develop systems that allow the clinic to scale without sacrificing quality.

Deliver Exceptional Patient Care

  • Ensure patients receive evidence-based care that produces outstanding outcomes.
  • Create an experience that earns patient trust, referrals, and long-term loyalty.
  • Resolve patient concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Continuously improve processes that impact the patient journey.

Grow the Business

  • Strengthen relationships with physicians, employers, and community partners.
  • Identify opportunities to increase referrals and expand services.
  • Represent the clinic within the community through networking, education, and outreach.
  • Help position the clinic as the provider of choice in the market.

Maintain Operational Excellence

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, licensing, Medicare, HIPAA, and company standards.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Build systems that improve consistency, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Reduce risk while maintaining the highest standards of care.

What You'll Need

  • Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Physical Therapist license.
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, improve performance, and solve problems.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of KPIs, financial performance, and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel between clinic locations as needed.
