We are an independently owned outpatient orthopedic clinic seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Position Overview

This full-time role focuses on evaluation, treatment, and progression of patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Our patient population includes post-operative cases, athletes, active adults, and individuals seeking conservative care to restore movement and function.

At PEAK, the therapist who performs the initial evaluation remains the primary provider throughout the patient’s plan of care.

Schedule

• Full-Time (36-40 hours)
• Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Wisconsin Physical Therapy license (or eligible)
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association within 60 days of hire
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Motivated team player committed to clinical excellence and compassionate care

Essential Functions

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process
• Contribute positively to clinic culture and team development
• Build strong relationships within the community and referral network

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to perform duties in a clinical healthcare environment, including possible exposure to bodily fluids
