Peak Performance Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy, P.C. is looking for a full-time physical therapist to join either our Columbia City or Warsaw clinic locations. Peak Performance is the premiere provider for out-patient orthopedic and sports physical therapy. New graduates will be initiated in a mentorship program and paired with a vastly experienced physical therapist.
