What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Part Time) position at Peak Pediatrics LLC.?
We are looking for a BCBA to join our growing team during after-school hours. The BCBA must be available at a minimum of 2 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
- Develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision to RBT(s) and behavior technicians
- Conduct parent training sessions as needed
- Oversee behavior data collection and program modifications
- Maintain compliance with insurance requirements
- Participate in team meetings with clinical leadership
- Provide on-site supervision within the center
- Complete progress notes, reports, and treatment updates
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification
- New Jersey LBA license (or in process)
- Must be willing to credential with insurance prior to starting
- Experience supervising technicians / RBTs preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a pediatric team
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $75/hr

- Must be available for on-site supervision hours
