Peak Partners, a well-established not-for-profit organization, seeks an experienced Family Law Staff Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ending domestic violence and at least two years' experience practicing family law or equivalent litigation experience.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality representation in protective orders and family law cases, conducting comprehensive consultations regarding divorce, custody, alimony, and other divisions of marital property, and maintaining client database and systems.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with survivors of intimate partner violence and family law practice. Additional training and mentorship will be provided to ensure your success.
