Water Mitigation Technician
Part-Time or Full-Time | Bend, Oregon
$18–$28 per hour (DOE)
Peak Northwest Restoration is a locally owned restoration company serving Central Oregon with a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and doing what’s right for our clients and our team. We are hiring a Water Mitigation Technician to support our field operations through demolition, equipment setup, debris haul-off, and jobsite cleanup.
This role is best suited for someone who is hands-on, dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and other physically demanding environments. We are willing to train the right candidate — no prior restoration experience required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with demolition, debris removal, and construction clean-up
- Set up, monitor, and remove drying/mitigation equipment
- Work safely in crawlspaces, attics, and other confined environments
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Follow safety procedures and documentation standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and teamembers
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Comfortable performing physically demanding labor
- Willingness to work in confined spaces (crawlspaces/attics)
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated to learn
- Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
- No prior experience required — training provided
Compensation
- $18–$28 per hour, depending on experience and certifications
