Experienced Water Mitigation Technician
Full-Time | Bend, Oregon
$25–$35 per hour (DOE & Certifications)
Peak Northwest Restoration is a locally owned restoration company serving Central Oregon with a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and doing what’s right — for our clients and our team. We are seeking an experienced Water Mitigation Technician who is confident in the field, strong with documentation and communication, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates with experience using platforms such as DASH, Mitigate, or similar job documentation software are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Perform demolition, debris removal, and construction cleanup
- Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment according to IICRC standards
- Accurately moisture map and track psychrometric readings and drying progress
- Document conditions and job status using DASH, Mitigate, or comparable software
- Work safely in crawlspaces, attics, and other confined spaces
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, adjusters, and team members
- Follow safety procedures, site protocols, and documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Experience in water mitigation or related construction field preferred
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.) receive additional pay
- Experience with DASH, Mitigate, or similar platforms strongly preferred
- Technologically competent with smart devices, apps, and photo documentation
- Valid driver’s license required
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation
- $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience & certifications
- Additional compensation for IICRC-certified technicians
