Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must have experience creating and enhancing value at all phases of a property's life cycle. in addition, must have strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing. Must be able to demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to customer’s needs by communicating features and benefits to close the sale.
