- 2-4 years minimum experience in an HR role, preferably as a generalist
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- 2 years minimum of talent acquisition experience
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Familiarity with multi-site operations and remote workforce support
