Peak is currently expanding their operations department and is looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Vice President of Operations to oversee the day-to-day activities of the company portfolio, ensuring multi-state properties are managed and performing efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of 3-4 regional managers with 75 employees in total
- Oversees company portfolio, ensuring each property is reaching its goals set by property and company leadership
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures
- Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations
- Ensures work environments are adequate and safe
- Oversees company portfolio, ensuring each property is reaching its goals set by property and company leadership
- Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecasts budgets and cost of operations in each property to achieve financial objectives
- Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes
- Leads coordination and integration of efforts among operations with technology, accounting, and human resources areas to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes
- Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community
- Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in property management
- Working knowledge of EOS Traction
- Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior managerial and diplomacy skills
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Extensive and diversified background with at least 10 years of related experience
- Previous management of 5,000 units in a portfolio
- Managed multi-sites, in a dynamic multifamily environment with assets across the spectrum from working class to Class A product
