What you will be doing at Peak Legacy Ranch:

•       Convert leads into customers

•       Drive sales through making connections, educating customers, and finding solutions

What you will bring

•       High school diploma or equivalent

•       Excellent verbal, written, listening, and phone communication skills

•       Reliable transportation and attendance

•       Availability to work evening and weekends

•       Preferred prior experience in a commissioned sales position

•       Bilingual Candidates Encouraged to Apply

Pay Structure:

•       Non-exempt (Hourly) Employee

•       Eligible for Commission pay after training – based on sales and performance metrics

•       $16/hour guaranteed base pay with uncapped commissions.

•       Eligible for Vacation Accrual after 6 months
