Gymnastics Program Manager/ Team Coach

We are looking for a dedicated program manager to grow our recreational and team gymnastics program.

Job Expectations:

• Teach USAG level 1-6 skills and routines
• Build long lasting relationships with families, and exceed parent expectations. We treat our members like family.
• Attend meets, and other performances team is involved in
• Implementing of staff training and miscellaneous projects around the gym.
• Utilize/create lesson plans for all gymnastics and acrobatic classes
• Be part of a progressive minded management team to ensure growth and health of the business.

Requirements:

• Must be able to physically lift/spot children.
• Must be able to read and follow a lesson plan.
• Must be a positive individual, with a passion for children and high energy.
• A background in competitive gymnastics is preferred but personality and commitment is our number 1 priority.

Hours based upon seasonal schedule. Must be able to teach a minimum of 12 hours per week and do 3-5 hours of management per week.

Experience:

• coaching: 2 years (Required)
• gymnastics: 4 years (Required)
