What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) - Part-Time / PRN Family Medicine position at PEAK Integrative Medicine?
PEAK Integrative Medicine is looking to connect with nurse practitioners in Schuylkill County and nearby communities who are interested in part-time, PRN family medicine work at our Orwigsburg practice.
We value getting to know our patients, thoughtful clinical care, prevention, and practical support for long-term health. If you enjoy primary care and are interested in working with a team that takes a whole-person approach, we would welcome a conversation.
Timing and schedule
We expect to need part-time, PRN coverage beginning in November or December 2026, with an anticipated full-time need by March 2027. We welcome conversations with clinicians interested in PRN work, a future full-time role, or both. The schedule and fit will be discussed individually.
About the role
• Part-time family medicine and primary care in Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania.
• Assess patients, manage common acute and chronic conditions, and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide preventive care and patient education.
• Coordinate with the clinical team and maintain clear, timely documentation.
Who we would like to meet
• A Pennsylvania-licensed CRNP with current national nurse practitioner certification appropriate to the patient population served.
• Experience in family medicine or primary care.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and a patient-centered approach.
• Interest in prevention, lifestyle, and whole-person care.
