What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Customer Service Representative position at Peak Insurance Farmers Insurance?
Customer Service Representative position assists incoming calls from clients with questions regarding their policy needs and makes outgoing calls to clients to assist with needs, including reviewing policies, ensuring appropriate coverage, etc. Phone etiquette is a must.
Must be willing to obtain insurance licenses for property and casualty and life and health insurance. Bonus opportunities and commissions for cross-selling new business.
Assist insurance agency clients with insurance needs including updating policies with information for their policies, assisting with Farmer's Friendly Reviews upon renewal of policies, cross selling to current customers, taking payments, greeting customers who visit agency in person. Position would be for Monday and Friday and one other day of the week with possible additional paid training time to learn the systems initially.
No experience needed; high school education or higher; able to work in the United States.
