Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanic at our Odessa, TX location. The Mechanic will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, performing preventative maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting issues on heavy equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical problems, repairing machinery, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely. The role requires collaboration with team members to uphold safety and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
- Proficiency in working with Heavy Equipment, including diagnosing and servicing machinery
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues effectively
- Proven ability to follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in accordance with industry standards
- Prior experience in industrial or mechanical environments preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
