Job Title: Installer

Responsibilities:

• Drive excellence in customer service through proactive communication and meeting commitments
• Proactively accomplish equipment installation and/or repair activity as assigned
• Drive to meet and exceed productivity, cleanliness and customer satisfaction standards
• Efficiently diagnose and repair refrigeration equipment and truck/trailer systems
• Follow established technical and administrative processes as directed
• Adhere to all shop procedures while completing tasks and efficiently closing repair orders
• Participate in OEM and other training programs as deemed appropriate

Requirements:

• Mechanical repair training and/or experience
• Knowledge of and experience with of hand tools
• Basic computer skills
• Strong organizational ability, focus on the needs of the customer
• Can-do attitude with ability to demonstrate good judgment and decision making skills
• Safety focus – toward self and coworkers
• Desire to learn and continuously improve self and surroundings
• Must be willing to work different shifts if necessary
• Must be willing to work from ladders and able to lift 50lbs
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Must have own basic tools
