Part-Time | Monday–Friday (2-3 days per week)
Our modern, fast-paced, and well-established Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice is seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist / Front Desk Specialist to join our top-notch team and excellent Oral Surgeons at our Albany, Oregon location.
As the first point of contact for our patients, this role plays a key part in creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient front office experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
- Discuss treatment plans, procedures, insurance benefits, and financials with accuracy and confidence
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
- Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple front office duties
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years dental or medical front office experience (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Comfortable discussing insurance, treatment plans, and payments
- Computer proficiency required
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Schedule
- Part-time
- Monday–Friday (2-3 days per week)
