What You’ll Do

You’ll be the first point of contact for patients — the voice that helps them take the first step toward better health.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answer incoming calls and make 20–30 outbound calls daily to schedule new and returning patient appointments
• Speak with potential patients, answer questions, and help them feel confident about starting care
• Confirm appointments, follow up with leads, and help reduce no-shows
• Assist with patient check-ins and front desk responsibilities
• Provide Spanish/English translation support for the doctor and clinical team when needed
• Assist with basic documentation or treatment notes under supervision
• Prepare and restock exam rooms to keep the clinic running smoothly
• Help maintain a friendly, professional, and positive office environment
• Perform other various tasks around the office as needed to support daily operations

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, and ready to be part of a growing team.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (Required)
• At least 6 months of experience in reception, appointment setting, or customer service
• Comfortable making 20–30 calls per shift
• Friendly, professional communicator with a positive attitude
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Willing to learn and assist in different areas of the office as needed

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience in a medical or wellness office
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Experience using scheduling or CRM systems

Job Details

Position: Full-Time
Hours: 35–40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday between 9:00am – 6:00pm
Location: In-person at our Los Alamitos, CA clinic

Pay:
$18.00 – $20.00 per hour
