Overview:

Due to growth, Peak Health and Performance is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic clinic role in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The PT hired for this full-time position will work 40 patient contact hours per week. All patient care is 1-on-1 for 60 minute sessions. The work schedule is flexible based on the availability of the candidate hired and how they would like to schedule their patients.

The ideal candidate has a strong team mindset, and a genuine passion for truly personalized care and individualized treatment planning. Driven by tangible results, you will use clinical precision to help every patient reclaim their freedom at home, work, and play.

New grad Physical Therapists are welcome.

Caseload / Patient Population:

You’ll work with a highly motivated caseload of active individuals—from high-school athletes and tactical professionals to dedicated 'weekend warriors' and active adults determined to stay at peak performance without pain.

With full 60-minute 1-on-1 sessions and advanced diagnostic tools at your disposal, you’ll have the time, resources, and clinical freedom to deliver outcomes standard clinics simply can't reach.

You'll be a clinician who matters: whose judgment is trusted, whose growth is funded, and whose wins are celebrated by the whole team.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this full-time position will be up to $85,000 per year.

Peak Health and Performance offers a competitive benefits package to support your personal and professional success, including up to $5,000 annually in student loan reimbursement, 50% medical premium reimbursement (up to $300/month), a Simple IRA with a 3% company match, generous paid time off, and continuing education support with a biennial CEU allowance of $1,000 and license renewal reimbursement.

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday hours are not required but are available, if interested. A work schedule of 4 or 5 days per week is available.

In this role, you have autonomy to work the schedule that works best for you!

Enjoy excellent work / life balance while honing your skills with a supportive team.

Job Requirements:

  • Eligible for CO state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

  • Some prior outpatient experience is preferred but not required.

  • New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.

  • Full-time is considered 40 patient contact hours per week.
