Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparing therapy equipment for doctor-ordered procedures
- Performing Shockwave Therapy under the direction of the ordering doctor
- Monitoring patient progress and providing an excellent patient experience
- Helping coordinate patient care and flow throughout the office
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient follow-up
- Entering and maintaining accurate patient information
- Answering phones and directing calls appropriately
- Explaining treatment procedures and doctor instructions to patients
- Presenting Therapy Financial Plans
- Maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming therapy environment
