Duties
- Develop accurate and detailed Revit models based on engineering sketches, schematics, and design concepts.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure models meet project specifications and standards.
- Create 2D drawings, construction documents, and system designs that facilitate seamless project execution.
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam to enhance drafting precision.
- Assist in the preparation of graphic representations.
- Review and revise drawings for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
- Support project teams during construction phases by providing detailed CAD files and visualizations as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of CAD drafting techniques across the structural discipline.
- Knowledge of construction processes to produce compliant drawings.
- Ability to interpret sketches and schematics accurately into detailed digital models.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Attention to detail with a focus on precision in technical documentation.
- 3 years minimum of drafting and modeling expierience.
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
