Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lakewood, CO, for a Structural Engineer. Responsibilities include performing structural calculations, conducting structural analyses, designing and reviewing structural systems, and collaborating with architects and project teams. The engineer will utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to prepare detailed plans and ensure projects meet industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- 0-6 years of relevant project experience designing structures
- Proficiency in Structural Engineering principles
- Ability to perform accurate calculations and execute thorough structural analyses
- Experience with Computer-Aided Design software
- Autocad and REVIT knowledge preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of building codes and standards relevant to structural engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
- Passed the FE exam.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one is preferred
