You’ll support the doctor chairside, maintain sterilization standards, and create a patient experience defined by clarity, kindness, and confidence.This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people, values precision, and takes pride in turning every appointment into a positive experience.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before each procedureAssist the dentist chairside during a wide range of restorative and surgical treatmentsTake and process digital X-rays accurately and efficientlyMaintain impeccable infection control and sterilization standardsAccurately chart notes and update patient records in Open DentalHelp manage lab cases, patient flow, and occasional front-office coordinationQualifications:Graduate of an accredited Dental Assisting programCurrent CPR/BLS certificationRadiology certification (DANB RHS or state-approved equivalent)Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experienceExcellent communication and organizational skillsCalm, professional demeanor and a strong sense of teamworkTech-savvy and comfortable in a fast-paced clinical settingResults You’ll Own:Procedures start and end on time with full readiness and patient comfortRooms and instruments are consistently prepared, clean, and compliantCharting and documentation are complete, accurate, and on schedulePatients leave feeling informed, cared for, and confidentThe doctor and team feel supported, proactive, and aligned each dayCommunication & Collaboration:Stay aligned with your doctor and team during morning huddles and end-of-day reviewsCollaborate across clinical and front office teams to ensure seamless patient flowParticipate in monthly team meetings focused on growth, problem-solving, and service excellenceShare ideas that improve efficiency, technology use, and patient experienceWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experiencePaid holidays and PTOOverseas volunteer opportunitiesDental benefits401k, with matchContinuing education opportunities and growth pathwaysA supportive environment that values both performance and peopleA workplace built on respect, collaboration, and purposeOur Core ValuesExcellence:We rise to meet every challenge with our very best.
