Lead and oversee the company's estimating and preconstruction functions, managing the full bid lifecycle from initial scope review through final proposal submission. Develop and implement standardized estimating processes, tools, and best practices to ensure accurate, competitive, and timely bids. Direct, mentor, and grow the estimating team while reviewing and approving all major estimates. Collaborate with project management and executive leadership to analyze plans, budgets, and risk, and to support strategic pursuit decisions.
