Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth and Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high client retention and satisfaction.
- Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans, forecast sales, and execute projects to meet revenue targets.
- Business Development Activities: Conduct market research, lead generation, partnership management and explore new business models to support long-term growth.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Work: Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Finance, Operations and Engineering teams to align strategies and deliver integrated solutions.
- Leadership and mentorship: Lead, coach and motivate sales teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Negotiation and Representation: Negotiate contracts, present proposals, and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Process Improvement and Innovation: Continuously enhance sales processes, adopt innovative client engagement strategies, and adapt to market changes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to make informed business decisions.
