What You'll Be Doing
Every day is different—and that's one of the best parts.
As a Veterinary Assistant, you'll play an essential role in helping our patients receive outstanding care while supporting our doctors, technicians, clients, and fellow team members.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting veterinarians and technicians during appointments, treatments, diagnostics, surgeries, and dental procedures
- Providing compassionate, low-stress care for hospitalized and outpatient pets
- Monitoring patients before, during, and after procedures
- Preparing exam rooms and surgical areas
- Collecting laboratory samples and assisting with diagnostic testing
- Communicating with clients and helping create a positive experience from check-in to discharge
- Helping keep the hospital organized, efficient, and running smoothly
- Working closely with the entire team to provide exceptional patient care

- At least one year of veterinary assistant experience (preferred)
