Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Processor located in Dallas, TX. The Loan Processor will be responsible for reviewing and verifying loan documents, handling loan applications, and assisting in the preparation of loan packages for underwriting. Additionally, the role entails clear communication with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate loan processing. The Loan Processor will also comply with all regulatory and company standards throughout the lending process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in reviewing and managing Loan Documents and handling Loans
- Experience with Loan Processing and Underwriting-related workflows
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance guidelines is a plus
- Knowledge of loan origination software or related tools is advantageous
- A college degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
