We're hiring Retail Sales Associate to represent AT&T at retail locations and promotional events. In this customer-facing role, you'll engage with shoppers, introduce them to AT&T products and services, answer questions, and help create a welcoming, informative experience. No telecommunications experience is required—we provide the training and support you need to succeed from day one.
What You'll Do as a Retail Sales Associate
- Represent AT&T professionally at retail events and promotional locations.
- Welcome customers and create a positive first impression.
- Answer customer questions and help connect them with the right solutions.
- Assist with event setup, organization, and presentation.
- Work closely with teammates to create an engaging customer experience.
- Accurately complete customer information and required documentation.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development.
