As our footprint expands in multiple markets, we’re seeking a Multi-Market Strategic Partnership Manager who can build and strengthen high-value relationships with venues, planners, event producers, and brand partners across both Colorado and Texas.
About The Role
The Strategic Partnership Manager will be the connector between Peak Beverage and key players across two thriving event ecosystems. This hybrid role blends outbound business development, high-touch account management, and multi-state relationship building.
You’ll identify new opportunities, pitch and negotiate partnership agreements, and ensure long-term alignment with our services across both regions. One week you might be touring a wedding venue in Colorado; the next, collaborating with a festival organizer or production company in Texas.
You’ll take the first swing - and you’ll also stick around to deepen those relationships year over year.

About The Role

Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with venues, planners, producers, corporate clients, and agencies across Colorado and Texas.
- Own the full lifecycle of partner relationships: outreach → pitching → negotiating → onboarding → long-term account development.
- Travel between markets (approximately 20–40%) to support key partners and attend priority meetings and activations.
- Represent Peak Beverage at tastings, venue tours, industry events, tradeshows, and networking gatherings in both states.
- Cultivate strong relationships with event professionals, hospitality groups, municipal organizers, and festival producers.
- Collaborate with Marketing on co-branded campaigns, referral programs, and partner toolkits.
- Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Events teams to ensure seamless handoffs and excellent service delivery across markets.
- Maintain accurate outreach, engagement, and pipeline records in HubSpot.
- Track regional trends, competitor activity, and new partnership opportunities to inform strategy.
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or account management.
- Excellent relationship-building instincts and the ability to nurture long-term, mutually beneficial business connections.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling priorities across two active markets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including pitching and presentation.
- Experience using CRM and outreach platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Background or network in hospitality, events, catering, venues, sponsorships/activations, or related industries strongly preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Colorado and Texas (20–40%).
- Familiarity with one or both markets is a plus.
- Play a pivotal role in strengthening Peak Beverage’s presence across two rapidly growing markets.
