Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Adolescent PHP Therapist located in El Paso, TX. The Adolescent PHP Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy and support to adolescents in the Partial Hospitalization Program. Daily tasks include conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate patient records. The therapist will also be responsible for crisis intervention and ensuring the emotional and psychological well-being of the patients.

Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in El Paso, TX
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensed or license-eligible (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
- Experience working with adolescents is preferred
