What You’ll Do
- Handle everyday repair and maintenance work, including brakes, suspension, steering, alignments, and scheduled services.
- Diagnose mechanical problems and basic-to-intermediate electrical issues using scan tools and wiring diagrams.
- Assist with and gradually take on more complex engine, transmission, powertrain, and heavy-line repairs.
- Complete accurate digital inspections and repair documentation.
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors to help keep work moving.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of professional automotive repair experience.
- A solid understanding of general automotive repair and foundational diagnostic techniques.
- Your own professional toolbox with a complete set of standard hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- A dependable, self-motivated approach to your work.
- The ability to work independently, stay productive, and take ownership of each repair.
- A genuine interest in learning advanced diagnostics and heavy-line work.
