Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of complex real estate/commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution.
- Draft high-quality pleadings, briefs, discovery documents, correspondence, etc.
- Conduct depositions, argue motions, and appear in state and federal courts.
- Develop and execute litigation strategies while providing practical, business-oriented advice to clients.
- Collaborate with experienced partners on significant real estate, construction, and commercial disputes.
Qualifications
- 4 years of substantial litigation experience.
- Strong preference for candidates with real estate litigation or construction litigation background.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and deliver exceptional client service.
- Admission to the New York bar (or eligibility to waive in).
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $215,000 – $255,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Billable requirement: 1750.
