Job Overview
We are looking for a Cleaning Technician. Someone who will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of assigned areas. This role ensures that our residential and/or commercial properties are clean, hygienic and welcoming for occupants, visitors, and staff by performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
- Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Follow established cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and chemical handling protocols
- Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to supervisors
- Ensure all work is completed to quality and cleanliness standards
- Adhere to schedules and complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
