What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapy Technician position at Peachtree Spine and Sports Physicians?
Growing and well established medical practice is looking for a full-time Physical Therapy Technician/Front Desk Associate. We are looking for a motivated and energetic candidate to join our close knit team and be an integral part of developing our practice.
This position will be based out of our Hapeville office but flexibility to travel to neighboring offices is a must.
Requirements/Preferences
- Preference given to candidate with bachelor degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology. Not a requirement.
- Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology, specifically musculoskeletal
- Basic scheduling experience preferred
Job Duties
- Office Duties – scheduling and rescheduling of patients, check in/check out, new patient entry, scanning paperwork, answering phone/email/text lines, administering paperwork and other tasks deemed necessary.
- Clinical Duties – To include cleaning tables in between patient use, stocking carts with towels, pillowcases, etc.; cleaning of the exercise equipment, assisting with the tidiness of the clinic as needed to include straightening up the waiting room, assisting PT/PTA in clinic, and other duties as deemed necessary.
