Peachtree Planning of Georgia which has been named a “Best Place to Work” for over 10 consecutive years by the AJC is seeking a motivated individual to join its growing Atlanta Private Wealth Advisory team as an Office Assistant. The Office Assistant will work with our current team members and will interact directly with them. The ideal candidate will be an exceedingly well-organized and tech-savvy individual, as well as flexible with a very coachable personality to help us maintain our 98% client retention rate. This individual must be able to function effectively in a variety of roles within a dynamic environment under minimum supervision.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Work closely and effectively with the Senior Partner and other team members to keep them well-informed of the progress of your tasks and assignments
· Maintain and manage client relationship management (CRM) software, calendars, contacts, and website materials
· Manage certain facets of the client onboarding experience
· Maintain and initiate ongoing communication with team members to ensure quality and efficiency with every aspect of the basic business activities
· Management of client implementation and organization tasks to ensure they finalized in a timely and ultra-professional fashion
Specific Administrative Tasks Include:
· Process the team’s follow-up tasks and assignments in our organizational website following every client meeting
· Sending out all client renewal packages and documents
· Update/download the software we use throughout the business
· Ensure all paper/online client records are organized and kept up to date
· Assist in the scheduling of client appointments
· Help team members with certain parts of insurance/investment paperwork
Qualifications & Experience:
· Minimum of 1-5 years administrative experience, preferably in the financial services industry
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Adaptive to changing plans and priorities
· Exhibits a high level of discretion in dealing with confidential information
· A team oriented, positive individual who enjoys interacting with coworkers and clients
· A person who presents a high degree of honesty, professionalism, trust and integrity
· Ability and willingness to learn and follow established procedures
· Willingness and ability to work in-person in our 1129 Lake Oconee Parkway office location at least one day per week
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
