Growing Nephrology office with an opening for a Full time Medical Assistant
We are a fast-paced and expanding nephrology practice seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team.
Job duties will include the following
answering phone calls (handling patient inquiries and ensuring that they receive the highest level of customer service)
maintaining patient records
Urinalysis
taking vitals
Respond to e-mails/ faxes
Data collection/ entry
Ordering labs/ Imaging/ Infusions
Requirements: -
High school diploma or equivalent and completion of medical assistant program or relevant experience as a substitution
Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology
Excellent written communication skills
Customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Detail-oriented and organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
