Peachtree Group is seeking a strategic and operationally focused Vice President, Investor Relations & Operations to lead the Investor Relations Operations team for Peachtree Group. Reporting directly to the President of Peachtree PC Investors, this role will oversee the operational infrastructure supporting investor relations activities, investor onboarding, reporting, communications, compliance coordination, and process optimization across the platform.
Based in our corporate office in Atlanta, this individual will serve as a key partner to executive leadership, helping ensure a best-in-class investor experience while driving operational excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement across the investor relations function.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, develop, and mentor the Investor Relations Operations team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Establish clear priorities, workflows, and accountability measures to support departmental goals and organizational growth.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to align operational initiatives with broader business objectives.
Investor Relations Operations
- Oversee all operational aspects of investor relations activities, including investor onboarding, reporting distribution, and investor communications.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of investor documentation, recordkeeping, and data management processes.
- Manage workflows and procedures related to investor inquiries and requests, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Coordinate with fund administration, accounting, legal, compliance, and finance teams to support investor-related deliverables and deadlines.
Process Improvement & Strategic Initiatives
- Evaluate and enhance operational processes, controls, and systems to improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
- Lead implementation and optimization of investor relations technologies, CRM systems, and reporting platforms.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices for investor operations and communications.
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational enhancements to support the continued growth of the platform.
Reporting & Compliance Coordination
- Oversee preparation and distribution of investor reporting materials, statements, notices, and communications.
- Support regulatory and compliance-related initiatives by ensuring operational adherence to applicable policies and procedures.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with capital markets, accounting, asset management, legal, compliance, and executive leadership teams to support fundraising initiatives and investor engagement efforts.
- Serve as a liaison between investor relations and operational departments to ensure seamless execution of investor activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field required.
- 8 years of experience in investor relations operations, fund operations, financial services, private equity, real estate investment management, or related industry experience.
- Prior leadership experience managing teams and operational functions.
- Strong understanding of investor servicing, fund structures, subscription processes, and reporting workflows.
- Experience working with Salesforce,investor portals, and operational technologies.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a strong client service mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within commercial real estate, private equity, alternative investments, or investment management environments preferred.
- Familiarity with investor reporting platforms and fund administration processes.
- Proven track record leading operational improvements and scalable processes.
