Position Overview
As a Server, you will provide friendly, attentive service in our restaurant or bar, ensuring each guest enjoys a warm, welcoming, and delicious experience. From menu knowledge to table-side service, you’ll be a key part of the guest’s overall resort experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and warmly, offering menu recommendations and answering questions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper timing and presentation.
- Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Clear and reset tables in a timely and organized manner.
- Handle payments accurately and provide receipts/change as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleaning of dining areas as needed.
- Prior experience as a restaurant server or in a guest-facing food & beverage role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused demeanor.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must meet legal requirements for serving alcohol (age and certification, if applicable).
