The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Ticketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our ticketing infrastructure and ensuring a seamless experience for our fans and clients
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end ticketing operations, including event builds, on-sales, and settlements
- Assist with ticket fulfillment, inventory management, and reporting
- Provide box office and on-site support for events as needed
- Maintain accurate data entry across ticketing systems and internal tools
- Handle day-to-day ticketing requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure operational alignment
What You Bring
Required
- 1–2 years of experience in ticketing, live events, or related operations (internship or full-time)
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Experience with ticketing platforms (Ticketmaster preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
