The Role

The Senior Show Marketing Manager plays a key leadership role within the marketing team. This person supports and helps guide our Show Marketing Managers, leads marketing strategy for key tours, and takes ownership of high-impact, high-visibility concert marketing campaigns across the Peachtree portfolio.


They bring the expertise, confidence, and strategic thinking required to elevate our biggest shows, accelerate ticket sales, and ensure the overall success of the show marketing department. This is both a leadership and hands-on execution role.


Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Support 

  • Serve as a go-to resource and day-to-day support for Show Marketing Managers
  • Help troubleshoot issues, review plans, and ensure campaigns are executed at a high level
  • Contribute to developing and refining department processes and best practices
  • Assist the Senior Director of Marketing in team training and onboarding

Show & Tour Marketing 

  • Lead marketing strategy and execution for select tours under the Peachtree umbrella
  • Own all marketing efforts for priority, large-scale shows that require advanced strategy, and have the highest impact on our business
  • Manage event builds, budgeting, creative requests, timelines, and reporting

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams including Booking, Ticketing, and Production
  • Communicate regularly with artist managers, agencies, venues, and promoters
  • Analyze data and performance to optimize campaigns and maximize sales
  • Bring new ideas, platforms, and tactics to the team

Execution

  • Maintain campaign pacing, deadlines, and recap documentation
  • Jump in on projects or shows as needed. This role is both strategic and very hands-on

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance across paid media, social, email, and other initiatives 
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards for key tours and high-impact shows
  • Analyze sales trends, presale/onsale performance, and pacing to identify opportunities and risks
  • Use data to recommend adjustments, optimize spend, and improve overall campaign efficiency
  • Deliver end-of-show and end-of-tour recaps with insights, wins, challenges, and actionable learnings


What You Bring

Required

  • 5–6 years of relevant marketing experience in live entertainment, touring, events, agencies, or music industry
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Confident collaborator with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple large projects at once with quick turnaround
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret results and adjust strategy
  • Creative thinker who stays ahead of marketing trends
