Weekend Supervisor Position Summary
The RN Weekend Supervisor is responsible for supervising and leading our clinical team on the unit during the weekend. Their leadership role includes the following responsibilities:
- Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer, and evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other nursing personnel on the unit.
- Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
- Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
RN Weekend Supervisor Requirements
- Current unrestricted RN license in practicing state
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
