We're expanding our Referral Partner Network and seeking caseworkers, case managers, and social workers who are already in touch with Medicaid-eligible individuals.

Job Description
As a Referral Partner, you'll leverage your existing connections to Medicaid clients and families. Simply connect eligible individuals to PCHS, and our intake team will handle the enrollment process.
This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that allows you to earn commission income while continuing the work you already do in your community.
