We are accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools / Advanc-ED and we strive to challenge our students each and every day. Students utilize a state-of-the-art computer lab and library for learning enhancement. Our students compete in a variety of academic events including Math Olympics, Creative Writing, Spelling Bees, Speech Meets, Science Fairs, and over 17 different sports teams. Duties
- Teach students the fundamentals of PreK and design an outstanding classroom with engaging activities.
- Evaluate and grade students' class work, performances, projects, assignments, and papers.
- Prepare students for performances.
- Maintain student attendance records, grades, and other required records.
- Participate in campus and community events.
- Keep students informed of community events, such as plays and concerts.
- Evaluate student work.
- Coordinate student extracurricular activities.
- Develop instructional materials.
- Guide class discussions.
- Attend training sessions or professional meetings to develop or maintain professional knowledge.
- Maintain student records.
- Develop instructional objectives.
- Select educational materials or equipment.
