PeachFuzz Laser Studio is seeking a driven, experienced Studio Manager to lead our Long Island location. We are a fast-growing, multi-location laser studio serving over 1,000 clients monthly, known for our inclusive approach to beauty and expertise in treating diverse skin tones.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in spa, medspa, or hospitality who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands operations, and is excited to grow with a scaling business.
What You’ll Do- Lead day-to-day studio operations and ensure a seamless client experience
- Manage, coach, and motivate a high-performing team
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily flow of appointments
- Ensure compliance with NY labor and employment standards
- Drive revenue through client retention, rebooking, and upselling
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and handle any concerns with professionalism
- Monitor KPIs including bookings, retail sales, and team performance
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and local marketing efforts
- Experienced in spa, beauty, wellness, or hospitality management
- Strong leader who can hold a team accountable while building a positive culture
- Knowledgeable about NYC/NY labor laws, scheduling, and compliance
